Working and being student at the same time
On January 30, 2025Working and being a student at the same time:
Have goals and subgoals:
Set a goal for a year, for example, You want to read 12 books a year. This is your goal. Now decompose the goal into smaller chunks. These small chunks are called sub-goals.In this case, the sub-goal can be having finished reading one book each month. Now schedule the one-month plan into weeks and days and mark them on your calendar. The same strategy can be applied to your academic, course, or any other goals.
What turns on your productivity?:
Ask yourself which external/internal factor triggers your productivity mode. In someone’s case, maybe a good night’s sleep can motivate him/her to be productive, drink a cup of coffee, or any challenge that comes from a rival group, deadline, or social accountability. Find the factor, and make it trigger you daily.
Your mindset:
Adopting a growth mindset will help you a lot.
Find your correct support system:
Choose a community that will help you to achieve your goals. You are the average of the people you are surrounded with.
Measure your progress
Have a system that will track your productivity and measure your progress. It will help you to reflect on which area of your life should be developed. Sometimes. changing goals and lifestyles can do a lot of improvement.
