It’s also how you can learn to adapt and course-correct during difficult times. Emotional wellness groups can help you deal with challenges you may be facing — from loss, to love, to grief.

Overview
  • The session will be organized using online platform.
  • Maximum 6 participants will join in a single session and each will get a 10 minute slot to share their situations.
  • After finishing everyone's sharing the moderator will deliver an outline and guideline based on their sharing which will help them to strengthen their coping even better and wrap up the session afterwards.
  • The rules and standards of the session will be set by the moderator and each must follow those instructions. If someone disagrees to follow those, he/she will not be included in the support group.
